Conditions and procedure:
📌 Article 1: Personal One to One service is provided in French or English.
📌 Article 2: this service is provided thru Zoom in wide shot by Xam and Webcam (Canon EOS 2000d, Insta 360link 4k, Obsbot Tiny 4k) and or MODX+ screen thru direct video streaming screen capture sharing under OBS Studio so that participant can visualize as well as possible all manipulations carried out.
📌 Article 3: Zoom is software Tool used, no other software will been agreed.
📌 Article 4: Sessions are available for using Yamaha Montage, MODX or MODX+ with a MODX6+ that share the same screen than Montage or MODX.
YC sessions by using a YC61, CK session with a CK61, Cubase Pro, Camelot Pro and or John Melas software thru Windows version.
📌 Article 5: One to One session is not a course or training course as such, although you will learn via our exchange about your needs and contribution that Moessieurs can make to help you carry them out, to help you understand or optimize your use, it is you who choosing subjects covered which do not follow a predefined program give by Moessieurs.
📌 Article 6: no commitment to follow a set number of One to One session will be required of you, each session is independent.
📌 Article 7: in order to best define and optimize time of your One to One session, you will be asked to define types of exchanges we will have, using Montage or MODX's, Camelot Pro, John Melas software, Cubase for using with one of this Synth or Stage Keyboard, a subject that is too largz in definition is difficult to cover such as FM-X, AWM2, try to be precise in your expectations so that you are satisfied with exchange we will have during your Personal Webinar, for example : the basics of FM-X to edit a preset, the use of preset arpeggios, editing effects...
You can fill this informations on reservation form.
🎙 The complete use of Cubase is not covered in my field of activity, however we can cover simple aspects like connecting, audio and MIDI recording and mixing.
⚠ As I don't have any other Daw software, I can't provide support for any sequencer software other than Cubase.
📌 Article 8: you must have an internet connection with a correct speed allowing good progress of this one, Moessieurs cannot be held responsible for bad flow of your connection, Moessieurs is equipped in Fiber hight Speed.
📌 Article 9: you must configure Zoom for a video call with a webcam or at the very least for an audio call (therefore with a microphone and speakers whether integrated or external or have connected a headset to hear me, the use of a headset is preferable to avoid echo phenomena), it is not possible for me to share my screen and conduct your Personal Webinar/Master Class if you do not meet one of these two conditions.
⚠ If a webcam solution is necessary to show me a particular point, you don't need to have an HD or 4K webcam, a basic model is sufficient.
📌 Article 10: Your session is record on video and video is sending to you as soon as possible, you need to fill an email adress to allow me sending you this video in the reservation form, it can be one other email than your invoicing email.
✅ For Zoom, no need to have an account, the onine platform will send you a link of your room connexion and fill in automatic way my Zoom Calendar, a litle software installation is need and purpose thru Zoom connexion.
📌 Article 11: You are prohibited from sharing in any form audio and/or video recording of your One to One session: One to One service is provided on a private basis and is subject to Moessieurs broadcasting rights under intellectual property law.
📌 Article 12: Moessieurs will host on Google Drive your Personal Webinar/Master Class one week: processing video which will be optimized in audio and video quality. You have 7 days to download your video, after Moessieurs keep it on an external hard drive one year before deleting. Link for downloading will be send to you as soon as possible, in general way less than 36 hours after your session ending.
📌 Article 13 : One to One session is invoiced as follow for one hour session:

📌 Article 14: once you have clic on view avaibility, you can choose a date and time on your Time Zone from my available slots.
You need to fill some informations thru some pre define slots before to proceed payement, you will receiving after a personal Zoom link in automatic way for your One to One session.
You can reserve a seat starting 7 days form you connection up to 40 days on my calendar slots available.
📌 Article 15: Payment can be made only by Credit Card through Stripe Secure platform.

📌 Article 16: If Moessieurs is unable to answer to a specific question during your One to One session, answer will be given by email.
📌 Article 17: if you cannot participateto your One to One session, you need to proceed cancelation 48h00 before your reservation date/time, after this, the payement cannot been refound.
📌 Article 18: if for major reasons Moessieurs cannot provide your One to One session (death in the family, breakdown of the internet provider, illness preventing me from speaking), we will set another date and time with compensation additional 20 minutes time at my expense.
📌 Article 19: Appointments for your One to One session take place on Paris hours at end of the day or evening during the week or on the weekend, you will see my calendar available slots at your Time Zone.

Company Webinar / Master Class or Sponsor, process and terms of sales conditions:
📌 Article 1: this service is provided online via Moessieurs Facebook page or You Tube channel for broadcasting of sponsored Webinar or thru Zoom. Access can be public or private depending on Webinar/Master Class sponsor choice.
📌 Article 2: OBS Studio is used in order to share Montage / MODX view in wide shot by Cam & Webcam (Canon EOS 2000d, Logitech Brio ultra HD, Live Streamer Cam 313) and/or Montage / MODX screen via direct video streaming capture, software capture and send stream to Facebook or You Tube.
📌 Article 3: Webinar/Master Class service is provided in French or English, Moessieurs having an Intercommunity VAT number.
📌 Article 4: Webinar/Master Class or online seminar which is a video conference is not a course or a training course. Company sponsoring Event decides on covered topics without however giving too broad a subject which is difficult to cover. It is also possible to make a live question and answer session or workshop.
⚠The full use of Cubase is not covered in my field of activity, however we can cover simple aspects such as association of synth or Stage Keyboard with Cubase basic settings and audio MIDI recording and mixing.
⚠ As I don't have any other Daw software, I can't provide support for any sequencer software other than Cubase.
📌 Article 5: access to Sponsored Webinar/Master Class is free for users who will follow it on Moessieurs Facebook or You Tube channel or Zoom, Company sponsoring event pay Moessieurs for this service.
📌 Article 6: an Event announcement is made on Moessieurs Facebook page to announce each Webinar/Master Class when it is in public broadcast, sponsoring Company can share this announcement on these various Internet supports to maximize audience i.
⚠ Moessieurs is not responsible for lack of audience during Webinar/Master Class and no result in terms of views numbers of live broadcast that will be shared is fixed.
📌 Article 7: Webinar/Master Class can be recorded in audio/video if it is carried out via OBS Studio, at the end of its realization an optimization is carried out for an online broadcast on the You Tube Moessieurs page if the Sponsor wishes it.
📎 When it is in French, the Webinar/Master Class can be subtitled in English before broadcast in order to reach a maximum of users or optionally a voice over in English is also possible.
📎 For any other language, subtitle script is sent to Sponsor who must translate it and send it back to Moessieurs. It is Sponsor responsibility in this case to make a correct translation.
📎 Webinar/Master Class can also be recorded in advance in video form for broadcasting on You Tube on date chosen by the sponsor in order to interact with audience viewing it.
Sponsor can view and validate video in advance before broadcast announcement.
📌 Article 8: Webinar/Master Class can be realized with OBS Studio or via Youtube in public, private or unlisted access to offer your customers a privileged access. In this private setting, Moessieurs sends private link of You Tube session or Zoom Room to Sponsor who shares it with his customers in a private way. Moessieur suse Fiber Hight Speed to deliver each session.
📌 Article 9: Webinar/Master Class will only be monetized on the Moessieurs Youtube channel if Sponsor accepts it.
📌 Article 10: Moessieurs may also, at Company request, in addition to Webinar/Master Class provide support on its forum or Facebook or Community page as a speaker specializing in Yamaha Synthesizers and Stage Piano, this service is paid for a monthly basis cost.
In this context, there is no obligation to answer within a given time frame nor any imperative obligation of result with regard to asked questions. Moessieurs will do its best to answer as soon as possible and to ensure best answer.
📌 Article 11: A price offer must be made for Webinar service proposal.
⚠ By law, price offer and invoice must indicate Company name, its address and e-mail address, telephone number, SIRET number or equivalent for a company outside France, intra-community VAT number for companies residing in Europe outside France.
As an EIRL, price offers and invoices are issued Duty Free in line with the legal mention "VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the CGI".
These details will not be transmitted to any organization or third party for purpose of canvassing for advertising or any other form whatsoever. They are only used to establish price offer and invoice in order to respect legal framework for invoice establishment and the mandatory mentions to be affixed to these two documents.
- Price offer will detail conditions and agreed date/time for "spot" production of a Webinar/Master Class General terms, sales conditions and detailed procedure indicated on this page are automatically accepted in your reply when you validate price offer.
- For regular Webinar/Master Class, an annual quotation can be issued, which will include general terms and sales conditions.
Dates and details of the topics presented at each Webinar/Master Class will be covered via email exchanges.

⚠ In this context, Moessieurs may in no case launch a Webinar/Master Class without having received by e-mail subject and its details and a proposed date for completion by the Company. It is Company's decision as to number of Webinar/Master Class to be held during the validity period of price offer.
In email exchange, Sponsor proposes a date for completion and depending on my Diary we decide date, if it is not possible Moessieurs will purpose a date as soon as possible in order to satisfy the Sponsor.
Once Webinar/Master Class has been completed and transfer made to Moessieurs bank account, an invoice will be issued on a monthly basis.
📌 Article 12: Companies whose registered office is located in the European Union outside of France are responsible for declaring and paying VAT for services provided by Moessieurs in their respective countries since January 1, 2010.
⚠ In this respect, Moessieurs makes a monthly DES declaration to French Custom service in order to declare income related to services provision between European Union countries. Declaration is made no later than the 10th of each month following the provision of service(s).
⚠ Moessieurs cannot be held responsible for company's failure to declare VAT in its country. Price offer indicates to Company obligation to do so and link French Customs website page which indicates this obligation.

📌 Article 13: payment can be made by bank transfer, IBAN and BIC to make transfer are communicated with price offer or Credit Card thru a dedicate Moessieurs Webpage.
- Bank transfer must be made at latest before the 6th day of month following performance of the contracted Service(s).
📌 Article 14: If for major reasons, Moessieurs cannot provide service (death in the family, breakdown of internet provider, occasional illness preventing for speaking), we will set another date as close as possible to initial date in order to carry out Webinar/Master Class.
📌 Article 15: Webinar/Master Class take place at end of day Paris Hour or evening or on weekends.
